I like it! As someone who spent the first 2-3 years of graduate school as a TA in a classic “rhetoric” class (we called it “Critical Thinking About Politics” & focused mainly on logical fallacies & such), these should be taught more regularly. Thanks, kohenari:

I’ve decided to memorize these and start using them in my classes, beginning Fall 2011. It will save a fair amount of time when I’m commenting on students’ essays.
